Can I order the Partners' Club card by mail? 
The Partners'Club Card is delivered only at the Information and Ticket Kiosk in Disney Village.

What is the validity of the card? 
The card is valid two years after the date of creation.


What should I do if have lost my Partners' Club card? 
You should inform by e-mail the Corporate Alliances department of the lost or the robbery, as soon as possible to the followings address: dlp.partenaires@disney.com 
In either case, the responsibility of Euro Disney can not be committed.


How can I book a restaurant or a spectacle?

  • Restaurants:
    Up to 2 months prior to your arrival date, by calling our Dining Reservation Service at: +33 1 60 30 40 50.
    Upon your arrival, through the reception desk at your hotel or at the restaurant directly.
  • Spectacle:
    For Dinner-Show "Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show", by calling at +33 (0)1 60 45 71 00.
